The first time I hired Phil (PNC) was in 2009. My home was built in 1962 & required significant upgrades. Phil did not take shortcuts & always made sure everything was done to code.
In 2019, our condo required a total renovation. Phil worked very carefully with our architect & made sure everything had strata approval. He actually gave advice to the strata when asked. A realtor who saw the condo was amazed at the detailed work PNC did!
In 2021 my home required more renovations as the family had grown significantly. One thing that we particularly like about PNC is that nothing is “written in stone” & when we made significant changes to the plans, Phil worked to make those changes quickly!"
